How custom work works

1. You send us your enquiry, with a sketch, dimensions or a description.
2. We prepare a specification and a quote.
3. You approve the quote.
4. We send you an order or invoice with a payment link.
5. You pay through our secure checkout, and we start production.

An enquiry is non-binding and does not affect your rights. Goods that are genuinely made to your specification or clearly personalised are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal, and the quote tells you before you order whether this applies.
