Returns and right of withdrawal

This page applies to consumers who buy from LASERTECH, Matej Zidarič s.p., Krška vas 71, 8262 Krška vas, Slovenia (VAT ID SI60014008).

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have named (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last item. If you order goods delivered in several lots or pieces, it expires 14 days after you receive the last lot or piece.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to lasertech.svn@gmail.com, by post to LASERTECH, Matej Zidarič s.p., Krška vas 71, 8262 Krška vas, Slovenia, or by phone on 040 630 636. Please state your name, your order number and the goods concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning the goods

  • Send the goods back to us, or hand them over, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.
  • Return address: LASERTECH, Matej Zidarič s.p., Krška vas 71, 8262 Krška vas, Slovenia.
  • Please return the goods with reasonable care so that they are not damaged in transit, and keep your proof of postage. For heavy or oversized goods, please contact us first so that we can agree on a suitable way to return them.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Cost of returning the goods

  • If you withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, that is, the carrier's charge for sending them back to us. Because rates depend on weight and destination, for heavy or oversized goods please contact us first.
  • If the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, this is not an ordinary change-of-mind return. LaserTech bears the reasonable cost of return, repair or replacement as required by law. See "Goods that do not conform to the contract" below.

Refund

  • If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (the least expensive standard delivery option we offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.
  • We refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You pay no fee for the refund.
  • Where the law allows, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. This exception covers only goods that were genuinely manufactured or adapted to your individual requirements, for example a product cut or made to dimensions you specified or marked with your own text or logo, as agreed in a quote you approved. We tell you before you place the order if this exception applies to it.

The exception does not apply to our standard products, including standard products ordered through the shop, and an inquiry alone does not remove your right of withdrawal. The other statutory exceptions of consumer law apply only if they are relevant to the goods you ordered.

Goods that do not conform to the contract

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have the statutory rights of consumers when goods do not conform to the contract (legal guarantee), described in our Terms & Conditions. If you receive goods that are defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email lasertech.svn@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and, where useful, photos. We will reply and tell you how the matter will be resolved. We do not impose formal requirements that would make it difficult for you to exercise your rights.
